Job Summary
Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and deliver therapeutic interventions for patients with mental health conditions; perform medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions; administer injections for Long-Acting Injectables as needed; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; provide psychoeducation to patients and families; document services per company policies; stay current with psychiatry through continuing education; operate as an Independent Contractor with flexible hours offering in-person and telehealth options (telemedicine Fri-Sun, up to 50% telemedicine from start); outpatient clinic in Haines City, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or one year as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner plus three years as a Nurse Practitioner in any specialty
- Board-certified to practice
- Active license in the State of Florida
- Outpatient work experience preferred
