Job Summary
Provides direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations and medical assessments; educates patients about medications, risks, benefits and expected outcomes; collaborates with support staff to ensure effective patient communication and follow-up; participates in treatment team meetings; assists Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks as needed; performs other duties as assigned by Medical Director; 40-hour work week with 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours; remote-friendly environment with the ability to work from home or other preferred location; supports the Charlie Health team with flexible contract, part-time, or full-time opportunities; utilizes EHR and AI-powered documentation tools to streamline clinical workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Masters of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program
- Licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- 3+ years experience as PMHNP
- Experience with a wide range of ages (children to adults)
- Ability to work remotely; remote-friendly
- Proficiency with electronic health records; MS Word and Outlook
