Job Summary
PMHNP sought as an independent contractor to join an integrated psychiatry/counseling team in Anderson, OH. Responsibilities include providing high-quality psychiatric care, collaborating with the designated physician to optimize patient outcomes, prescribing medications and non-pharmacological therapies, applying standardized care guidelines, performing designated procedures, and ensuring compliance. Role features a mix of in-person and telehealth ambulatory work (minimum 24 hours/week with at least 16 hours in-person) under a 1099 contract. Onsite staff support is available Monday–Friday, and the position emphasizes teamwork within a supportive healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Board License – PMHNP
- Willingness to work at least 24 hours per week
- Ability to function in a 1099 contract
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated
- Ability to work with integrated healthcare team
- Two years relevant clinical health experience preferred
