Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health and substance use disorders, and manage psychopharmacological treatment plans. Develop individualized treatment strategies, provide psychotherapy and counseling, and order diagnostic tests to support clinical decisions. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver patient education on diagnosis and wellness while participating in case conferences and continuing education. Requires active NP and DEA licensure, bilingual Spanish ability, and tri-state area residence. Full-time hybrid schedule with on-site presence once weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program
- Active and unrestricted NP license
- Active DEA registration
- Active Medicaid & Medicare provider status
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Must be residing in the tri-state area
