Job Summary
Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) wanted to join Charlie Health's expanding behavioral health team. Provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments; educate patients on medications and expected outcomes; collaborate with treatment teams and Medical Directors; support by Admissions/Assessment staff; participate in case discussions; and assist with patient-facing tasks as needed. Role supports a flexible, remote-friendly schedule (~40 hours/week, with clinical and administrative time) and requires PMHNP licensure, MS in Nursing with PMH specialization, and 3+ years of PMHNP experience. The position is remote-friendly, with a contract/part-time/full-time basis and state-specific availability restrictions noted (not currently available in NY, CO, WA, or CA).
Required Qualifications
- Masters of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis
- Licensed PMHNP in good standing
- 3+ years PMHNP experience
- Experience with a range of ages (children to adults)
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Strong communication with medical and administrative staff
- Ability to work remotely or flexible schedule (contract/part-time/full-time)
