Job Summary
Provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations and medical assessments as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP); educate patients about medications, risks, benefits and expected outcomes; collaborate with support staff to ensure proper patient communication and follow-up; participate in treatment team meetings; assist Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks; perform other duties as assigned; schedule is 40 hours per week with 32 clinical and 8 administrative hours; remote-friendly and able to work from home; requires MS in Nursing with PMHNP emphasis, PMHNP licensure, and 3+ years PMHNP experience; familiarity with IOP/PHP/IP, electronic health records, and online CEUs is beneficial; must be capable of completing state background checks; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Masters of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program
- Must be licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- 3+ years experience working as a PMHNP; IOP, PHP, and/or IP experience is preferred
