Job Summary
Provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing and rehab settings. Work independently within an integrated care model to customize treatment plans and focus fully on patient care. Positions offer flexible scheduling (Full-time or Part-time) with no nights, weekends, or on-call, and are located at local partnered facilities near Fillmore/Fairfield, CA. Must be fully licensed mental health clinician and possess reliable transportation; EMR experience and strong clinical support are provided.
