Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Arizona)

Job Summary
Provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments. Educate patients on medications, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. Collaborate with support staff to ensure proper patient communication and follow-up; participate in treatment team meetings; assist Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks; and perform other duties as assigned by the Medical Director. This role involves a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with an expectation of 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours per week, and supports a contract/part-time/full-time basis in a remote-friendly setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program
- Must be licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- 3+ years experience working as a PMHNP
- Experience working with a wide range of ages (children to adults)
- Ability to use electronic health records and basic computer skills (Word, Outlook)
- Remote-friendly work setup and ability to collaborate with medical staff and support teams
