Job Summary
Conduct patient visits, obtain histories, and perform psychiatric evaluations per accepted practice standards. Develop and implement treatment plans, manage patient panels as primary psychopharmacologist, and monitor therapeutic intervention effectiveness. Maintain confidentiality of PHI, ensure detailed clinical documentation, and complete continuing education for licensure. This full-time, onsite role in Agoura Hills, CA requires a licensed PMHNP with two years of experience, including medication management, IV skills, and TMS/ketamine exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Current License as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner PMHNP
- minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a licensed PMHNP
- Minimum 2 year of experience with medication management
- Unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Strong IV skills
- Possesses a State Controlled Substance License II through V
- Possesses a Federal DEA Certificate II through V
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with members of an interdisciplinary care team
- Effective problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Previous experience in a clinical setting
- TMS and Ketamine experience
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check including all educational requirements and licensing
- Monday through Friday
