Psychiatric Medication Management Provider

Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop medication treatment plans for adolescents, adults, and older adults in an outpatient setting. Deliver ongoing medication management and follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust medications as needed. Maintain timely documentation, collaborate with therapists to support coordinated, whole-person care, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements. Caseload expectations: 20–25 patient visits/week full-time or 10–15/week part-time. Role offers flexible scheduling (in-person and/or telehealth) with strong administrative support and potential for leadership growth. Open to 1099 with the option to transition to W-2 as caseload builds.
