Part-time outpatient psychiatry assignment in Pittsburgh, PA for an adult patient population. The clinician will perform initial psychiatric evaluations (1 hour) and daily 2-3 evaluation and 12-18 follow-up medication management visits of 15 minutes each, focusing on treating SUD and co-occurring mental health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, therapy-adjacent supportive visits, and managing medication adjustments including antidepressants, stimulants, and mood stabilizers, with prescriptive authority required. No on-call obligations. Board-certified DNP with prescriptive authority and MAT experience preferred; assignment type locum tenens with day shift (8 hours) coverage.
