PSYCHIATRIC CONSULTANT -PART TIME

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for students within our regular and extended school year programs. Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, educators, and staff. Provide clinical coverage and consultations primarily on-site for approximately 75% of total work hours to ensure strong collaboration with students and staff. The core position includes 8–10 hours per week at our Gaithersburg location, with potential for additional shifts at schools in Largo and Landover, Maryland. Requires a Doctor of Medicine, at least three years of experience working with children and adolescents with emotional disabilities, and current Maryland Physician and Surgeon, Controlled Dangerous Substances, and USDOJ/DEA licenses.
