Job Summary
Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP) in NY providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children within SOL Mental Health. Role supports crisis interventions, maintains timely and accurate documentation, and collaborates within an integrated care model with monthly learning opportunities and built-in admin support. Requires active PMHNP license in NY, active NY DEA license, and active NPI number, plus experience in direct clinical care. Office-based role with an assigned Forest Hills, Queens location; team-oriented environment emphasizing collaboration and patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
- Active DEA license in NY
- Active NPI number
- Experience in direct clinical care
- 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
