Psychiatric Clinician

Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to adults, young adults, and children while supporting patients in crisis with appropriate interventions. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation for all patient interactions. Manage medication treatment plans with strong clinical judgment within a collaborative, clinician-centered team environment. This role requires an active, licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Maryland with an active DEA license and NPI number. Two years of experience providing medication management to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred. The Bethesda-based position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $228,400 plus clinical incentives, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, and a $1,500 annual CEU budget.
