Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and manage psychopharmacological treatment for patients across all age spectrums via telemedicine. Deliver supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including PCPs, pediatricians, and peer support staff. Manage care coordination for psychological testing, medical referrals, and social determinants of health, including data-waivered medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. Provide direct support for scheduled and walk-in patients while completing validated rating scales and treatment plans. Maintain active medical and DEA licenses in Arizona and primary residence, working fully remotely with occasional in-person attendance as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider
- DEA License
- Comfortability to work in fully-remote environment
- Prolonged Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours
- Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for using a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
- Visual Requirements: Adequate vision for reading computer screens and documents
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and correspondence
- Hearing: Sufficient hearing ability for participating in phone calls or virtual meetings
- Work Environment: Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable internet connectivity
