Job Summary
Develop and drive relationships with target institutions, community mental health clinics, and integrated delivery networks by identifying key influencers and executing account-based selling strategies. Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians, utilize data tools to inform business decisions, and manage territory budgets to support sales activities. Plan consistent territory coverage, execute company brand tactics, and maintain adherence to all corporate policies and procedures. Requires 5+ years of direct selling experience in healthcare, psychiatric expertise, and a valid driver's license. Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $147,000 with potential commission eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Life Sciences
- 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry
- Psychiatric experience
- A working knowledge of the Schizophrenia field
- CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience
- Established relationships in the geography
- Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals
- Must live near to territory boundaries
- Proven track record of success in a high science competitive selling environment
- Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and strong customer dedication
- Proven track record of success in exceeding results
- Self-starter, highly motivated to succeed
- Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
