Job Summary
Conduct short-duration consults for complex psychiatric questions, providing integral treatment advice from a biopsychosocial perspective. Support referrers and practitioners in complex decisions regarding policy and follow-up care. Collaborate closely with the Arkin Voordeur via EPC or teleconsultation. Participate in bi-weekly team meetings for case discussion and development. Contribute to the ongoing content and organizational shaping of the Medicatiepoli. This role involves high-specialist psychiatric expertise within the Arkin Atrium Medicatiepoli, a new short-term consultative model. The position is scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday, with hours ranging from 8 to 36 per week.
Required Qualifications
- Psychiater
- Kortdurend, transdiagnostisch en consultatief werken
- Adviseert vanuit een biopsychosociaal perspectief
- Pragmatisch, helder en besluitvaardig
- Het overleggen van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag
Desired Qualifications
- Nauwe samenwerking met verwijzers en de Voordeur van Arkin
- Deelname aan het tweewekelijkse MDO met het team van de Medicatiepoli
- Meedenken over de verdere inhoudelijke en organisatorische doorontwikkeling van de poli
