Job Summary
Lead treatment policy and care coordination for clients with complex psychiatric problems at the Jan Thoméepad recovery clinic. Conduct psychiatric diagnosis and treatment within a restorative framework, while directing and coaching a multidisciplinary team including nurses, peer specialists, and physicians. Manage contact with family networks and actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings and policy development. Contribute to training programs for other disciplines and collaborate closely with the MOT team to strengthen motivation and recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Geldige BIG-registratie als psychiater
- Inschrijving bij de Registratiecommissie Geneeskundig Specialisten (RGS)
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
- Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan bereikbaarheidsdiensten
Desired Qualifications
- Affiniteit met EPA-zorg en herstelgericht werken
- Ervaring met complexe psychiatrische problematiek is een pré
