Psychiater FACT-team verslaving

Conduct psychiatric diagnostics, formulate treatment plans, and serve as the lead clinician for patients with complex psychiatric, addiction, and forensic issues. Manage treatment quality and progress while advising colleagues on complex cases within a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate intensively with external partners including municipalities, police, and reclassification services to coordinate care in the patient's living environment. Contribute to the development of outpatient addiction policy and improve care processes. Work within a specialized FACT-team using the Risk-Need-Responsivity model, with on-call duties and a full-time schedule.
