Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic imaging coverage including consultations for patients with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, personality issues, psychotrauma, and developmental problems. Execute multidisciplinary treatment plans and collaborate with psychiatrists, KP, psychotherapists, and VS specialists. Provide guidance for psychiatrists in training, contribute to scientific research, and participate in the 7x24-hour availability services. Work independently while maintaining close teamwork within a transdiagnostic framework across Heerlen, Maastricht, and online locations.
Required Qualifications
- Academische opleiding tot psychiater
- In het BIG-register
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
- Flexibele werkhouding met oog voor de complexiteit van de patiëntenpopulatie
- Zelfstandige en gestructureerde werkhouding
- In staat om soepel contact te leggen met en aan te sluiten op de belevingswereld van patiënten
- In staat om je eigen grenzen aan te geven
- Flexibel en transparant zijn in je eigen handelen
- Gezonde dosis humor
- Goed feedback geven en ontvangen
- 7 x 24-uurs beschikbaarheids-/bereikbaarheidsdiensten
Desired Qualifications
- Affiniteit met de doelgroep
- Ervaring met de doelgroep
- Creatieve attitude ten aanzien van de aanpak van psychiatrische problematiek
- Flexibele inzetbaarheid
- Begeleiding van psychiaters in opleiding
- Mede vormgeven aan de ontwikkeling van expertisegebieden, zorgpaden en/of bijdragen aan (lopende) wetenschappelijke onderzoeken
- Sparringspartner voor het (zorg)management
- Waarnemingsregeling psychiaters
