Psych RN, Pediatric Inpatient, 3rd Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Inpatient, Third Shift at Pine Rest in Grand Rapids, MI. Provides clinical leadership, coordinates nursing care, develops and reassesses plans of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, delivers milieu management and education to individuals and families, and supports discharge planning. Role involves crisis intervention, safety management, and promoting a recovery-focused environment. 36-hour weekly schedule with a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7:30am) and every other weekend and holiday rotation.
