Psych RN, Pediatric Inpatient, 2nd Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) for Pediatric Inpatient Psychiatric care on Linden Unit (ages 12-17) in Grand Rapids, MI. 32 hours weekly, 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care within an interdisciplinary team; assess, plan, implement, and reassess care; maintain a safe environment; lead and supervise staff as needed; participate in safety management, crisis intervention, and de-escalation; support discharge and aftercare planning; document and communicate care information per policies; promote family education and milieu management. Requires active Michigan RN license; CPR certification; prior psychiatric nursing experience preferred; BSN preferred.
