Psych RN, Inpatient Float

As a Psych RN in the inpatient float position at Pine Rest, you will provide nursing care to a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and coordinating individualized care plans, and ensuring a safe environment for patients. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, engage in teaching patients and families about care, and promote recovery-focused support. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence, as well as the ability to float to various units as needed.
