Psych Registered Nurse West Unit

Psych Registered Nurse West Unit provides direct patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and a multidisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition at admission and during shifts, performing procedures and documenting care, promptly responding to patient requests, coordinating a holistic treatment plan, and serving as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems to coordinate ongoing care for specialized patient groups. The role requires RN licensure (NC BON or eNLC), BSN progression commitments with a BSN within 5 years of hire, and a BSN-level qualification pathway with potential exemptions; BLS certification and specialty certification are preferred.
