Job Summary
Provide patient-centered psychiatric nursing care in Mission Hospital's SC West Adult unit, coordinating and delivering high-quality care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition at admission and during shifts, performing procedures and administering care as ordered, documenting care in the medical record, responding promptly to patient needs, and promoting recovery through a holistic treatment plan and effective interface with community support systems.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years RN experience
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
