Job Summary
Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting status changes. Perform procedures, monitor functions, and document care administration in patient records. Respond promptly to patient requests while anticipating needs to resolve issues proactively. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver a holistic treatment plan. Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems to manage continuation of care for specialized patient groups. Requires Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date and Registered Nurse licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse Licensure
- Bachelors Degree, or Work Experience in lieu of Degree
- 1 + years RN experience Required
