Psych Registered Nurse Peds

Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting status changes. Perform procedures, monitor functions, and document care administration in patient records. Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to resolve issues proactively. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver a holistic treatment plan that supports recovery. Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and community support systems to manage continuation of care for specialized patient groups. This role requires Registered Nurse licensure, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days. Located in Asheville, North Carolina, at Mission Hospital, a Magnet-designated regional tertiary care center.
