Psych Registered Nurse East unit

Psych Registered Nurse East unit provides patient-centered, holistic care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition on admission and each shift, performing procedures and interventions as ordered, timely documentation in the medical record, responding to patient needs, coordinating care with the care team to optimize recovery, and serving as an interface between healthcare providers and community support systems for ongoing care. Requires RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and either a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; at least 1 year of RN experience.
