Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations across the lifespan, assessing concerns related to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and executive functioning. Provide individual, family, and group counseling services while writing reports and offering feedback to families and schools. Collaborate with other professionals within TLC's interdisciplinary programs to participate in case consultation and collaborative treatment planning. Full-time clinicians work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, including at least two evenings per week until approximately 6:00 or 7:00 PM. The role offers supervision from licensed psychologists and access to a large testing library, supporting clinicians working toward independent licensure in Maryland.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Counseling Psychology
  • Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or equivalent graduate degree in School Psychology or a related field with eligibility for Psychology Associate registration in Maryland
  • Eligibility for licensure or registration to practice in Maryland
  • Experience or training in psychological assessment
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, consultation, or school-based psychological services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative interdisciplinary environment
  • Eligibility for Psychology Associate registration in Maryland
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, consultation, or school-based psychological services

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience evaluating autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and emotional-behavioral concerns
  • Experience working with neurodiverse individuals
  • Interest in working with clients across the lifespan
  • Interest in play-based interventions and working with young children
