Job Summary
Engage in meaningful conversations and build genuine relationships with clients while assisting with daily living activities like mobility support, dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene. Prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding routines, and help with light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home environment. Observe and report changes in clients' physical, mental, and behavioral health, ensuring accurate documentation of all care activities. This role requires availability for non-traditional hours including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends, along with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. You will work within a team-based structure offering ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for providing care and support to others
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centred mindset
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, such as early morning, evenings, and alternate weekends
- A valid driver's license (G or G2 Classification), access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of automobile insurance
