Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living including skin, hair, and oral care along with bathing, toileting, and peri-care. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets, as determined by the care plan. Provide basic housekeeping tasks and companionship to help patients enjoy a better quality of life. This Full-Time role runs 7am to 4pm on weekdays with alternating weekends. Candidates must hold a valid Personal Support Worker Certificate, a driver's license, and access to a vehicle to travel to patient residences within a geographical area. A valid Vulnerable Sector Screen is required.
