Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including drug screens and paternity tests. Collect specimens for analysis, enter patient data accurately, process billing, and maintain specimen logs. Provide superior customer service to patients while handling administrative duties and traveling to additional sites when needed. This part-time role (25 hours/week, Mon-Fri 1:00pm-6:00pm) requires Phlebotomy certification or equivalent training, with a focus on exceptional service and independent work under minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience

- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills: both written and verbal
