Job Summary
Drive market share growth of high voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear in North America; develop business strategy to meet order intake and profitability targets. Provide technical expertise on Gas Insulated Switchgear; train Sales Team and Customers on GE Vernova’s technology. Achieve order intake and profitability targets; manage RFQ/tender processes, Go/No Go decisions, and value proposition. Negotiate contracts and lead clarification efforts. Develop and execute plans to grow products, target markets, and key accounts; collaborate with regional commercial teams and channel partners; maintain up-to-date commercial databases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within utility industry with role of similar responsibilities
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and some international travel as needed mainly for direct customer interaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
