Job Summary
Provide staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications through phone answering and call triaging. Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments while obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information. Partner with the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery. This part-time, 90% FTE role offers a convenient location near public transportation within UW Medicine Primary Care's network of clinics serving the Puget Sound region.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent
- One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience
- An equivalent combination of education/experience
