Job Summary
Define and deploy the Engineering and technological strategy for the PSS segment, aligning with growth ambitions and the activity's strategic plan. Pilot the Engineering performance plan to improve team and process maturity while managing a budget of 10 M€ and a team of approximately 100 collaborators. Drive innovation initiatives, particularly around artificial intelligence, to accelerate transformation and enhance organizational competitiveness. Ensure product roadmap execution and project delivery within quality, cost, and schedule commitments. Represent Engineering to the Business Unit, Group, and clients regarding performance, innovation, and transformation. Implement continuous improvement methodologies to strengthen operational efficiency and engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou équivalent)
- solide expérience dans le management d'organisations Engineering
- expérience acquise dans un environnement industriel ou technologique complexe
- management d'équipes Engineering de grande taille
- définition et pilotage de stratégies technologiques et d'innovation
- transformation des organisations et l'amélioration continue (Lean Engineering)
- pilotage de la performance, des budgets et des plans de transformation
- gestion de roadmaps produits et de projets complexes
- développement des compétences, le workforce planning et la conduite du changement
- Les environnements internationaux et matriciels
- L'intelligence artificielle appliquée aux métiers de l'Engineering
- L'anglais courant, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
Desired Qualifications
