PSR Team Leader

Facilitate group activities and assist clients in meeting treatment goals using staff interventions and program materials. Supervise Psychosocial Rehabilitation Technicians and Recovery Support Aides while monitoring clients for physical or emotional changes and reporting crises. Manage transportation logistics for clients to and from scheduled activities and their homes. Complete required documentation and purchase requests in accordance with agency guidelines. Ensure program operations align with CARF and DMH certification standards and evidence-based practice models. Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
