PSP Officer

Job Summary
The PSP Officer will support the day-to-day operation of the company's payment infrastructure, including payment provider administration, operational monitoring, issue resolution, provider onboarding support, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processing across all channels. Serves as the primary operational contact for payment-related matters and supports the PSP & Banking Manager in maintaining an efficient payment ecosystem. On-site in Limassol. Requires 1–3 years in payments/fintech/financial services with strong organizational and analytical skills; experience with CFD/FX or online trading is advantageous. Responsibilities include monitoring payment providers and banking channels, tracking deposits/withdrawals and transaction success rates, escalating outages, onboarding new PSPs, maintaining records, due diligence, incident management, reporting and analysis, testing new PSP integrations, documentation, and controls. Collaboration with Customer Support, Operations and Finance, plus preparation of regular reports and support of audits and internal control activities.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in payments, operations, banking, fintech or financial services
- Understanding of payment processing and settlement flows
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience within CFD, FX, fintech or online trading environments is advantageous
