Job Summary
Assists with technical analysis of manufacturing processes in all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes; executing manufacturing tasks per SOPs and documenting data; identifying issues related to manufacturing processes and implementing process improvements; and providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage workload with minimum direction and supervision
- Ability to learn and use various web-based software
- Highly organized and can manage multiple high priority tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Understanding of change control processes in manufacturing
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Ability to document data and create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Experience with troubleshooting manufacturing problems
