PSM Specialist

Process Safety Management (PSM) Specialist at Pilgrim’s in Cold Spring, MN, responsible for maintaining the facility’s PSM and RMP programs, participating in ammonia system operations as needed, updating PSM documentation (SOPs and training records), organizing and leading PSM meetings and action-item logs, supporting Environmental Sustainability initiatives, assisting with ammonia refrigeration projects (scope development and Management of Change processes), and supporting APSM compliance implementation schedule. Requires ability to read and interpret piping, instrument, and block flow diagrams; basic understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems; proficiency with Word/Excel; SAP experience a plus; strong communication and problem-solving skills; and the capability to work independently. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekends. Education path includes High School Diploma/GED with college degree preferred; 1+ years of related experience and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 knowledge are key requirements.
