PSM Coordinator 7 (Sioux City Freezer)

Job Summary
This role leads and maintains Tyson's OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs at the Sioux City Freezer site. It involves coordinating written and verbal communications across refrigeration operators, facility management, and EHS, tracking compliance audits, mechanical integrity, hazard analyses, and incident investigations, and guiding the PSM/RMP program through monthly committee meetings. The position also maintains documentation for all 14 PSM elements, supports budgeting for PSM processes, develops and delivers related training, and schedules Preventative Maintenance tasks. Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., SAP-PM) and familiarity with AutoCAD are a plus, along with strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Vocational school or other course work beyond High School preferred
- Experience with spreadsheets; ability to learn basic software
- Three years documented experience in operation maintenance of Refrigeration Systems or successful completion of Tyson Operator I II and III training within three years
- Knowledge of SAP-PM and AutoCAD software is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information and participate in OSHA and EPA audits
