PSI Shop Foreman, Non-Exempt

Supervise all shop employees in daily location operations, manage yard activity, and perform service coordination. Promote safety and quality systems through meetings while analyzing mechanical and electrical equipment to identify potential problems and necessary improvements. Verify equipment certification, obtain supplies from approved vendors, and maintain detailed records for quality assurance. Provide mechanical assistance, evaluate repair costs, and supervise repairs of service line equipment. Communicate equipment conditions to managers for replacement or disposal, maintain segregation, administer the SSE program, and log repair parts to meet customer requirements. Report inventory inconsistencies and ensure proper asset stenciling before equipment enters service.
