Job Summary
Drive revenue growth for Digital & Automation imaging IT solutions across an assigned territory (Milwaukee and Minneapolis) by leveraging deep healthcare IT knowledge and consultative sales to address clinical IT workflows in Radiology, Cardiology, and Pathology. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, develop a healthy sales funnel, guide account plans, ensure accurate forecasts, educate internal teams on market trends, and collaborate with Account Executives and Service teams to achieve multi-unit, multi-modality wins. Possesses strong understanding of enterprise imaging IT, AI-powered decision support, patient engagement, and related analytics tools; travel up to 50% and work across hospital/clinical environments. Educational background of Associate/Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with 5+ years of healthcare/imaging IT sales experience; proven ability to sell in complex environments and meet/exceed quotas; training in SPIN/Strategic Selling/Professional Selling Skills/Miller-Heiman is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Radiology/Imaging, IT, Health Informatics, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a clinical or sales environment
- 5+ years Healthcare/Imaging IT sales experience to hospital call point
- Demonstrates a capacity to sell in complex environments
- Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.
