Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and the service and repair of complex semiconductor equipment. Collaborate with customers and R&D to develop leading-edge processes for manufacturing advanced chips, design experiments (DOE), analyze data with statistics, and report high-level conclusions. Troubleshoot problems, perform root cause analyses, and resolve diverse process engineering and customer issues. Communicate with stakeholders to build trust, serve as a resource for junior colleagues, and potentially lead small projects. Technologies include CVD, ALD, RIE, PVD, anneal and implant; minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics/materials/electrical engineering or related field with 4–7 years in semiconductor fab or equipment industries.
