PSD Field Service Technician - Engine

Job Summary
Provide high-quality rebuilds and repairs on heavy equipment and commercial engines (natural gas and diesel) in a field environment. Respond to customer needs in a positive and timely manner while ensuring maximum value for work performed. Strong focus on customer service, maintaining relationships, and effective communication is essential. Must be able to work independently, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess necessary tools. A valid driver's license is required, and preferred qualifications include a Diesel Tech degree and crane rigger certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in field or shop service tech troubleshooting and repair of Gas and Diesel Engines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have their own tools (up to 3/4 inch drive metric and standard)
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Valid driver's license required, CDL preferred
- Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
Desired Qualifications
- Diesel Tech degree
- Crane rigger certifications preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to travel daily and overnight throughout Texas only
