Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee Labcorp Patient Service Centers within an assigned area, performing phlebotomy and specimen processing under minimal supervision. Manage patient flow, wait times, and information logs; monitor productivity and address customer-service issues. Travel to additional sites as needed. Requires phlebotomy certification or completed training; high school diploma or GED. Preferred leadership experience. Schedule typically Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm with potential overtime. Ensure accurate data entry, billing processing, and compliance within a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
