PSC Phlebotomist

Job Summary
Conduct venipuncture and capillary blood collections for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests across all age groups. Process patient data entry, handle billing and payment collection, and prepare specimens for analysis while maintaining accurate logs. Provide superior customer service and perform administrative duties as needed, including travel to additional sites. This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination, a high school diploma, and phlebotomy certification or three months of experience. Phlebotomists may work in Patient Service Centers or client offices, with opportunities for growth and quarterly performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for medical or religious accommodations
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
