Job Summary
FP&A Controlling & Planning Analyst role focusing on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Responsibilities include analyzing performance vs. budget/forecast, benchmarking KPIs, partnering with Local controllers, preparing what-if and sensitivity analyses, analyzing product/customer profitability, monitoring working capital and cash flow, supporting month-end close, reviewing P&L/B/S, ensuring internal controls and SOX compliance, and preparing management reports. Desired skills include strong analytical thinking, experience with SAP FICO (CO-PA, related modules), advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and effective communication for presenting findings to stakeholders. Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting with CMA/CA/MBA and 4 years of FP&A experience, ideally with manufacturing context; proficiency in English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CMA/CA/MBA preferred
- 4-year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- SAP FICO including CO-PA
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
