PSC - eCommerce Specialist

Job Summary
Configures, launches, tests, and optimizes digital commerce experiences across web and mobile platforms; partners with marketing, ticketing administration, and development teams to manage content updates and product configurations; troubleshoots issues across the marketing technology stack and reports reproduce steps to the development team; assists with eCommerce platform testing, training documentation, and content updates for properties that support both the website and mobile app.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year undergraduate college degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Experience with administration and testing of marketing technology applications and solutions
- Experience with APIs (Postman environments and variables)
- Azure DevOps for Project Management (or, equivalent such as Jira, Confluence)
- SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Experience successfully launching a marketing technology application or solution strongly preferred
- Experience with responsive coding and optimization for both web and mobile devices, including HTML and CSS
- Open to travel and relocation (as part of potential career advancement)
