Job Summary
Own the end-to-end Professional Services sales lifecycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, ensuring robust service attachment and customer value realization. Drive pipeline growth by proactively identifying and qualifying service opportunities, leveraging MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies for accurate forecasting and strategic execution. Collaborate strategically with Account Executives and Solution Architects, guiding them to optimally position Kong Professional Services that accelerate customer adoption and maximize their subscription investment. Architect tailored service proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with customer business and technical objectives, translating complex needs into actionable, outcome-based solutions. Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior business and technical leaders, influencing their API strategy and demonstrating the quantifiable ROI of Kong's Professional Services. Lead customer discovery and scope assessment workshops, translating requirements into impactful service designs and ensuring seamless pre- and post-sales engagement. Travel up to 30% to engage with customers and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and driving deal progression.
