Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager responsible for developing regional sales strategies, leading swimming pool dealers in the purchase and installation of automatic pool covers, and driving growth within an assigned territory. The role requires 5+ years of pool sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred), strong CRM and performance-metrics knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Travel frequently within the region to manage client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and attend industry events. Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting to senior management, collaborating with marketing/ops/services teams, and ensuring pricing/contract adherence. The position emphasizes field-driven sales, dealer training, and building long-term partnerships with clients and distributors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of swimming pool sales experience
- Proven ability to manage a sales region and drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
